After four months of recovering eternally desecrated self in the beautiful Withsundays in the Island of Lindeman, where I worked in Club Med as a Demi Chef G.O., two years of ordeal in Sydney and a total of three years procrastinating on the city of food and culture down under, I touched down in Melbourne on February of 2012. It was summer and supposively recovering from that scourging Victorian season but it felt cold coming from the steams of Northern Queensland. However, I remember writing this in 2012 in Melbourne, a few months after the demise of Club Med Lindeman Island.
